RESCUE ETN will technically support for the third time the Test Spring School of the European Test Symposium - TSS@ETS. In 2020, the event will take place in Tallinn, Estonia on May 22-25, 2020.
Here, Ph.D. and M.Sc. students will be introduced into new concepts of computing and manufacturing. The overall theme of this year is Robustness in New Computing Paradigms and Technologies. Renowned experts will give lectures and cover the main challenges and solutions in approximate, neuromorphic, and in-memory computing. The tutorials also introduce into the state of the art in quantum computing and silicon photonics. The spring school will give the opportunity to earn credits and a certificate by passing an exam online. The event is organized in conjunction with 25th IEEE European Test Symposium (ETS 2020).
